UX Design of Criterion Hub: Unified Interface for Managing Campaign Keywords, Placements, and Audiences Across Platforms

Criterion Hub is a set of three advanced features that empower you to fine-tune your campaigns. With Criterion Hub you can manage your advertising criteria (such as keywords, ASINs, and placements) or biddable objects with greater precision and control, bringing your automation to the next level.

The Criterion Hub comprises of three key features:

  • Rules

  • Suggestions Review

  • Products Ads Sync (Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect only).

The Challenge

Before Criterion Hub, Adspert’s users had to work with criteria harvesting and targeting across different, siloed views, with no option of settings beyond Adspert defaults. This caused:

  • Fragmented workflows that increased time-to-action.

  • Difficulty spotting patterns across platforms.

  • A high risk of missing optimization opportunities.

The business goal was to increase platform stickiness by simplifying criteria harvesting and refinement processes while adding advanced features like automation (Rules), review mechanisms (Suggestion Review), and dynamic product ads syncing (Product Ad Sync).

My Role & Responsibilities

As the only UX/UI designer, I:

  • Mapped workflows and identified friction points.

  • Created wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs.
